# Redefinir a Senha pelo Sistema

Para redefinir a senha de um usuário pelo sistema, acesse o módulo **Sistema** ![](/files/VXElFmxy4Fm1lgFz6HbQ)e selecione o menu **Usuários**.![](/files/La4kl47RbeHNxQwVAQdY)

Na tela **Usuários**, utilize o campo de busca disponível no topo da página para localizar o usuário pelo nome.\

Para essa ação o usuário precisa ter permissões equivalentes.

Após localizar o cadastro, acesse a tela do usuário pela rota ![](/files/8QTF3iS5cWyXjOZTexqt) e clique no botão com ícone de **chave**![](/files/5CqJRGKW02ESpaM0kCci)para iniciar a alteração de senha.

Nos campos exibidos, informe a nova senha, confirme a senha novamente e clique em **Alterar** para concluir a redefinição.

Após a atualização da senha, teste ela fazendo o login com o usuário da senha nova. Se notar algo fora do esperado, contacte o suporte.&#x20;
